The interactive workshop covers the FIRO-B and FIRO Business Assessments. All the knowledge you need is brought to life in hands-on, practical learning sessions covering the following topics:
- Introducing, administering, and interpreting the FIRO-B and FIRO Business instruments.
- Using the FIRO instruments with teams and work group, including conducting a group feedback session and case studies.
- Exploring interpersonal needs and team application activities.
- Using the FIRO instruments with individuals, including administration practice and an interpretation and feedback activity.

Yes. You should allow up to 3 hours to complete pre-work. This includes taking the FIRO-B and FIRO Business assessments online, selecting a volunteer client who will take the FIRO assessment online, and completing a mandatory reading assignment.

To successfully complete the FIRO® Certification Program and attain "FIRO® Certified Practitioner” status, you must complete the following requirements within 90 days of program start date:
- Attend and fully participate in the entirety of each day of the FIRO® Certification Program.
- Achieve a score of 80% or higher on a 20-question multiple choice exam administered at the close of day 2.
- Conduct a post-training 1:1 Interpretation and Feedback Session of FIRO® assessment results with a volunteer client.
- Attend a 60-minute post-training session to “debrief” the outcome of your volunteer client 1:1 interpretation and feedback session.
