Overview

In-house FIRO® certification is for organizations that want to certify a group of employees.

It can be run in-person at your office, or virtually on dates that are convenient for you.

And because it's led by an experienced faculty member from The Myers-Briggs Company, your group learns from a people-development expert with years of experience addressing organizational challenges.

How does it work?

    Once the proposal is accepted, sign the contract and we'll confirm your program dates.

  • Attend the program

    Participants attend the two days of  FIRO
    training on the agreed dates.

  • Get certified

    Pass the exam and meet all of the program requirements to become a FIRO Certified Practitioner.
