Self-guided MBTI® certification is open to anyone who wants to become an MBTI Certified Practitioner.

It teaches the same core curriculum as the public or in-house versions of the MBTI Certification Program, and includes access to expert facilitators, but is available on demand and specifically designed to be effective for online, self-guided learning.

The program leverages a rich mix of content to help you retain the information and stay engaged: text, video, audio, activities, quizzes, and more.

Approximately 30-40 hours of learning with up to 90 calendar days after purchase to complete certification

    In this fully digital offering you have instant access to all of the program materials. You will need to nominate two volunteer respondents to complete your practice feedback asssignment. 

  • Start the program

    Complete online modules, upload your off-line learning assignment, and attend the three live instructor-led sessions within 90 days of purchase.

  • Take the exam

    Pass the multiple-choice exam to become an MBTI Certified Practitioner.
